Hi there, I'm Katie! I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been passionately helping people for over a decade, using evidence-based practices to overcome barriers to living their best lives.
I enjoy working with women of all ages who are facing challenges in their lives. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also enjoy helping women who face self-esteem issues, stress response issues, and childhood trauma issues.
