Finding a therapist and beginning therapy can be an intimidating process, but I am here to assure you we can tackle this together. I have direct experience working with cancer patients, traumatic brain injury survivors and those with chronic illness. I enjoy working with individuals with these health issues, as well as college students, parents, teens and adults working to improve their quality of life. I also am knowledgeable about neurodiversity and ADHD and currently offer ADHD assessments for adults (18+) in the state of Pennsylvania.

I like to utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy and tailor my sessions to each individual's needs. I strive to make therapy an enjoyable experience, often incorporating humor, self-empowerment and unconditional positive regard in my sessions.

I have experience working with members of the LGBQT+ community, individuals with disabilities, chronic health issues, cancer patients/survivors and their families. I am a sex positive, LGBQT+ affirming therapist who is comfortable working with those with diverse and unique backgrounds and experiences.
