I have been a mental health therapist for 12 years providing services to help people overcome their challenges, achieve their goals and see their world in a new way! I work primarily with adults and provide treatment for depression, anxiety, women's issues, self-esteem and stress. I work frequently with Hill Air Force base and enjoy serving military families and local police departments! I have specialized training and interest in trauma treatment and psychotic disorders.
I enjoy working with all individual adults and couples as well as adolescents above the age of 16. I love my job! I have a wonderful family and enjoy spending time with them and traveling.
