I work with meeting the client where they are at when working on the struggles in their lives and help them find their inner strength.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, behavioral interventions, dealing with chronic illness/health challenges and adjustment/transition issues. I use many different techniques in working with you which include MI, CBT, DBT, strengths perspective. solutions focused, and mindfulness.
I strive to build a safe and compassionate environment for clients to feel as though they can open up. This is a judgement free zone. I am a collaborative therapist and feel as though the client’s input is very important. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and together I want to set and accomplish goals with you.
