I believe in making mental health services more accessible and welcoming. I strive to meet my clients where they are and help them discover where they want to be. An emphasis on recovering all that is lost when traumatized is central to my approach. Together, we work to remember the things we loved most before trauma interrupted our lives. I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. By fostering a supportive environment, I help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and rediscover their passions.
Trauma can lead to anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, sleep issues, relationship problems, and difficulty at work and school. There are a variety of therapeutic approaches that can help people recover from trauma.
If you feel like you are trapped in your circumstances or feel hopeless, you are not alone. With the right tools, the door that leads out of mental suffering can be found. I do not provide answers, I collaboratively help you find the answers that already exist within you.
