If you are a woman struggling to cope with all the demands in life or a teen looking to gain confidence and resilience, I'm here to help and will respond within 48 hrs. My specialty is helping women, parents, and adolescents cope through challenges, gain confidence, improve relationships, find joy, and overall feel better. My approach is client-led in a non-judgmental space to help you talk through solutions in a style that's calm, kind, and engaging. My training and experience include anxiety, parenting, perinatal/postpartum mental health, conflict resolution, life/career transitions, school issues and emotional regulation.

I'm a working mom of four wonderful children, with two of them adopted from foster care. I can relate to many parenting challenges and stress. Parenting is hard and I enjoy helping others navigate parenthood and explore creative solutions. I also have worked in a school setting for over 14 years and have a passion for working with students and educators.

Whatever you're facing, you don't have to do it alone. While you're the expert on your life, my job is to help you explore your feelings, gain insight, and learn to trust yourself.
