I am a big believer of self care and reducing stress! My focus is helping individuals work through life changes, those suffering loss, relationship difficulties, beliefs, feelings and/ or somatic symptoms (sensations in the body). I have experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD and bipolar related disorders. I work with clients to help them reach their goals and aspirations through building healthy techniques in a safe and confidential environment.
I draw from a number of theories and create a treatment plan unique to each client. Together we develop the skills that they need to help them identify their triggers, cope in a healthy way, and identify or prevent future episodes from occurring. I work a lot with clients who have dual diagnoses (depression, physiological diagnoses, family conflict etc.).
