Welcome! I currently offer virtual therapy services to those across Maryland. My passion lies in working with individuals along their journey to parenthood, whether it be trying to conceive, experiencing fertility challenges, navigating pregnancy and/or loss, or coping with postpartum challenges. I am here to support and empower you wherever you are in your journey. The reality is that many may struggle at some point when trying to build their families or adjusting to life changes following childbirth. At times, the journey can feel isolating and overwhelming. My role is to help you feel seen, validated, and empowered along the way.
My experience has focused on working with adults experiencing fertility and/or postpartum challenges, generalized anxiety, grief/loss, depression, low self-esteem or self-worth, difficult life transitions, past trauma, and relational difficulties. I additionally hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
I believe that we are not meant to navigate life alone. My approach is driven by my passion for uplifting others, reducing feelings of loneliness, and helping people discover their own strengths, value and worth. Being a therapist is a privilege, and I am committed to creating a safe, encouraging space for clients to achieve their goals and find peace.
