In my practice, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative and solutions-focused approaches. I'm currently pursuing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).. I've also received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to better support individuals.
In my free time I enjoy being on the lake, reading, needlepoint, putting puzzles together, and shopping.
