I am an AASECT certified sex therapist who strives to create a safe, non-judgmental environment that is welcoming to all bodies, orientations, relationships, and lifestyles. I have completed hundreds of hours of sex therapy education and training, seek out the latest research, and provide practical exercises, homework, and resources to maximize your therapeutic benefit between sessions. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, curious, and playful! I integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into my sessions and have a particular knack for asking insight-generating questions.
Topics I’m especially passionate about are bisexuality and pansexuality, trans and gender expansive identities, kink/BDSM dynamics, shame and self-compassion, consensual non-monogamy, boundaries and assertiveness skills, mismatched libidos, creativity and creative blocks, existential issues, and body image issues.
In addition to sex therapy, I've also helped many clients better manage mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, and bipolar disorder (I'm a generalist as well as a specialist).
