Welcome! Finding a counselor with whom you can feel safe and vulnerable is so important, so I would like to share a bit more about myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in Pennsylvania. My counseling style is empathetic, caring, genuine, strengths-based, and holistic. My work includes the use of evidence-base approaches, as well as mindfulness and respect of clients’ diverse backgrounds. I strive to help clients grow by working with them in a collaborative, validating, supportive manner. My aim is to help clients feel centered, comfortable being their authentic selves, and empowered to cope with life’s challenges.
I work with teens (14+) and adults. I work with a variety of client concerns including: anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and self-esteem. I am especially passionate working with to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Clients of all belief systems are welcome; for religious/spiritual clients, these values can also be integrated into our work.
