Change is never easy; we’re not built to change overnight. So, I want to meet you where you’re at in your life, wherever that may be, and accompany you on your journey towards healing and growth. Together we can build on your strengths, deconstruct old patterns, and develop new strategies for coping and managing stress.
I specialize in working with young/emerging adults, college/graduate students, LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as adults and elders. I have a strong background in intimate partner violence support services, relational trauma, anxiety issues, and life transitions.
Its important to me that I continuously work towards building trust and safety in my interactions with all clients. It can be difficult opening up to someone new and beginning the process of therapy, but I believe healing can take place in community with others. I will strive to support you in a comfortable, non-judgmental, compassionate holding space.
