I love working with people of all ages, particularly those in their earlier and later years. I have experience in supporting parents and children in connection and communication, and working with individuals who have gone through traumas such as abuse, incarceration, homelessness, estrangement, illness, and death. I'm especially interested in working with Medicaid clients.
My approach is influenced by art therapy, the neurodiversity paradigm, and Buddhist psychology. Our office space has art materials, toys, and a view of a lovely tree, and there we can co-create therapeutic dynamics designed to connect you with yourself. I believe in your innate wisdom, and it would be an honor to witness.
As someone who benefits from counseling services myself, I know how defeating it can feel to seek support, and how uplifting it can feel to find. I hope to be a non-pathologizing source of relieving and restorative relational experiences in your life.
