I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker in private practice in Norwalk, CT. I work with adolescents, adults, and families to treat various mental health diagnoses, and to address the many challenges, transitions and stressors that arise in daily life; whether at work, school, in relationships, or within oneself. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders including; obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, phobias, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have additional training in treating trauma, mood disorders and life transitions. I utilize only evidence-based treatments and a holistic approach to provide the highest standard of personalized care.
