With years of experience with young adults, I have a extreme passion for working with those overwhelmed with transitions being it adjusting to the work place, divorce/break up, major life move, job loss, recent deaths, etc. I enjoy supporting people through these difficult, yet transformative periods. I have extensive training in LGBTQ+ affirming care, racial stress and trauma, and trauma healing.
With a certificate as a Mind Body Practitioner from the Center for Mind Body Medicine, I have a holistic focus understanding the mind and body experience stress as a whole thus both need to be considered in healing.
