Most of us come to therapy because we are struggling and wish to find a way through. We are seeking ease, a better life, a better version of ourselves, or to better know ourselves. In psychotherapy, we can discover innate tools for healing and practice new ways of being to uncover our potential. Finding Ease Therapy creates a space for clients to be seen and heard. Clients are guided to deepening awareness through individualized techniques. In releasing behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disturbance, we clarify and make space for our dreams. This approach, coupled with skill building for when times get tough fosters ease.
A licensed therapist working in mental health since 2016, I hold a Master’s of Social Work degree and practice evidence-based therapies, mindfulness, and yoga. I love to travel and have been passionate about multi-cultural studies of meditation and psychology since 2004.
