You make sense. With a foundation of somatic trauma-sensitive mindfulness, I collaboratively create a welcoming and client-centered space for individuals and couples to move towards wholeness. With an awake heart, curiosity, clarity, and nonjudgmental presence, I help clients find perspective, make meaning of difficulties, access innate wisdom, and gain skills to emerge into freedom. From queer lineages and white European/Celtic ancestry, I am a queer, non-binary/dual gendered, poet and Buddhist practitioner who derives inspiration and purpose from the forces of nature, meditation, and relationships.
Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, PACT (Couple's Work), Attachment theory, Neurobiology, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, I work with individual, couples, and poly relationships. I support people with developmental trauma, Complex-PTSD, PTSD, high sensitivity, anxiety, grief, depression, and LGBTQIA2S+ identity.
Additionally, I utilize Mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems)/parts work and cognitive therapies to assist clients of diverse identities in expanding their sense of freedom, connection, and authenticity in everyday life. I support clients to meet the truth of their experience with patience, courage, self-compassion, and integrity.
