I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, maladaptive family dynamics, mood disorders, PTSD, and stress. My approach is integrative, using a variety of evidence based techniques to provide effective care. I believe that a positive, collaborative relationship is the key to your success.
I will work with you to identify stressors, develop healthy habits, integrate healthy coping skills, and manage intrusive symptoms that might be interfering with living the life you envision. For families and couples, I strive to identify areas for healing, enhance family bonding, restructure relationship dynamics, and improve communication.
