My goal is to help you reach yours! I want to create opportunities for you to truly define who you are and what you want and to help become your healthiest, happiest, and most empowered self. I enjoy assisting clients with life transitions and parenting, and supporting them through anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am passionate about teaching clients about healthy relationships and helping them heal from toxic ones. Together we will dissolve old ways of thinking that are holding you back and integrate new and more effective ones to help you achieve your desired state of being.
My Master's Degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling emphasizing in addiction. I utilize EMDR and CBT therapy to help you shake out old and unhelpful thoughts, patterns, and hurts to help you embrace a more confident and happy you. I serve clients from a feminist lens blending DBT, Narrative, Existential therapies and more to meet their unique goals.
Together, we'll build on your strengths while remaining sensitive to your struggles. Using techniques that incorporate the body and the mind, we will form a plan to empower you to create happiness and fulfilment.
