I help children, adolescents, and families heal from the wounds of trauma through neuroscience & trauma-focused services. I provide assessments, counseling and educational services that utilizes the brain’s ability to grow and heal to overcome the wounds of childhood trauma. My drive and passion is seeing you THRIVE, rather than just survive!
I am also the first and only fully certified private practitioner in the state of Arkansas to be certified in the treatment approach The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). This approach identifies areas of the brain that have been impacted by trauma allowing us to get to the root of the problem and create a road map to heal.... and THRIVE.
We can’t erase your trauma, but therapy can turn it from a raw open wound to a healed scar—no longer sensitive to the touch. Contact me today so you can stop living a life of survival and transform your life that you deserve! Don't just SURVIVE when you can THRIVE!

I provide assessment and treatment planning using the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and brain-based approach to clinical problem solving. The NMT is not a specific treatment but a way of understanding how both trauma and relationships impact a child's developing body and brain, and a framework for choosing developmentally effective therapies.
