I have experience working with many mental health issues including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I intentionally apply my experience and training to meet the individual needs of my clients.
