Katie’s approach to therapy places an importance on giving children and young adults a safe, trusting space where they can feel heard and receive support while navigating times of growth, exploration, and life transitions. Katie also values collaborating with clients’ family members to promote the importance of the family working as a healthy system.
Katie attempts to create a safe and inviting environment for client's to be able to process their emotions. She believes that the therapy process fosters the ability for her client's to find true healing. She enjoys watching client's grow in more understanding of who they are, and find greater fulfillment in their lives.
