Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience in the eating disorder field. I enjoy supporting adolescents, young adults, and their families develop improved relationships with themselves, their bodies, and food. I also treat co-occuring conditions including trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, suicidality, anxiety and depression.

I have worked in residential and outpatient levels of care since 2018. Prior to that, I spent my undergraduate years doing eating disorder advocacy work. I have comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I practice from a fat-positive, body neutral, and harm reduction model when appropriate. I provide LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming care.

I'm here to listen, understand, and help you navigate this journey with compassion and a touch of humor. When I am not working, you will find me making pierogis with my grandmothers, reading books, and grabbing coffee with friends. My favorite foods are mac & cheese and raspberries!
