I know the feeling of being lost or helpless, as if you're the passenger in the car guiding you through life. I focus on helping individuals establish healthy boundaries with themselves and others in their lives, as well as helping couples improve communication. In our sessions, you will be met with compassion, a judgment-free zone, and evidence-based techniques that we agree to try together.
I work with adults struggling with life transitions and relationship issues to establish healthy boundaries with themselves and others, as well as couples experiencing difficulties with communication, conflict management, and intimacy. I look forward to meeting each individual or couple and learning more about their emotional experience and unique thoughts.
I hope to create a safe, collaborative environment that allows a relationship to develop naturally. My priority is allowing individuals to be their authentic selves in the therapy environment.
