I specialize in individuals with challenging family dynamics, adoption or foster care or that have been involved with DCF. I have seen many people overcome adversity and I will be your number one fan along your journey. I believe in leading by example, promoting holistic wellness, and creating lifelong connections. I have 20 years experience working in community health, adoption and foster care services, public schools, international welfare, DCF and advocacy.
My passion is working with individuals, as well as, doing my part to advocate for social justice. I believe in listening to people and helping them build the skills to navigate this thing called life. Times are challenging. There is a lot of need. I am here to do my part.
