I am an eclectic therapist, who uses a variety of models and tools to effect change. I have advanced training in DBT, IFS, TF-CBT and CTP. I work with clients processing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, faith crisis and medical issues. I believe my 30 year experience as a registered nurse brings a great deal of perspective to my work.
Additionally I am a Gottman certified marriage therapist and love working with motivated couples! Healthy families are the cornerstone of healthy lives.
