Thank you for your interest in my practice. I form strong, collaborative relationships with my clients so we can tackle complex problems and stressors. I join with clients to do some practical problem-solving, build emotional skills and resilience, and gain insight into relationships and events, both past and present. I challenge clients to integrate skills gained in sessions into their daily lives and we then review progress and adjust the clinical approach as needed.

Many clients I work with benefit from short-term therapy to resolve specific stressors. Others manage illnesses including PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety with longer-term treatment. As a parent myself, I enjoy working with individuals transitioning to parenthood. I have expertise in trauma-informed work and clients with medical conditions.

I have a warm, relational approach to my work, engaging clients in a dialogue rather than only listening. I ask for feedback to ensure that my clients are getting their needs met in therapy, and recognize the importance of flexibility in scheduling as well as clinical interventions as issues evolve over time.
