I have over 10 years of experience working with clients ranging in age from infancy to young adulthood. I specialize in providing parent-child interventions for young children ages 0-6yo while also providing play therapy or talk therapy for children, teens and young adults. I utilize creative therapeutic interventions that are designed to help my clients achieve growth, healing and empowerment. My experience also entails working with families who have brought children into their home through adoption and are seeking clinical support for their child and/or the family unit.
I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor & Endorsed Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. My clinical experience involves working with clients who have experienced early life trauma and attachment issues as well as clients who are processing anxiety and/or depression.

Circle of Security Parent - Group
Mondays March 4th - April 29th (no group March 18th). This 8-week group is an excellent opportunity for parents or caregivers of young children - specifically ages 6 months to 6 years old - who may feel like they're struggling to navigate their child's emotions and behaviors. This group is designed to support parents or caregivers in better understanding their child's emotional world, to feel more confident in reading their child's emotional cues and to strengthen the secure functioning parent-child relationship. This group is also an excellent resource for parents or caregivers whose child has experienced early-life trauma or attachment wounds.
