Have you had a recent transition or life events lately that feels like it has thrown you or your relationship off? In my work I strive to think about the best ways to support big transitions (whether that is a break up, divorce, trauma or having a baby) that can make you feel a loss of control. I can help you ground back into yourself, find your most authentic self and support you in building a skill set for future life challenges. Also, if you have just had a baby and are experiencing the transition to motherhood as different than what was expected or then is portrayed as on social media, I can help support you.
I also work with couples through ruptures that can throw a couples sense of connection off. I work with couples to support them in rebuilding safety and intimacy, understanding each others' attachment styles, reducing conflict and building connectedness. I also do sex therapy work to help couples increase levels of intimacy and closeness in the relationship.
Sometimes at the root of the challenges in individuals and couple relationships is trauma or little micro traumas that happen throughout life. That is why I am also a EMDR therapist who works with attachment trauma as well as attachment related disorders. Please feel free to reach out to me by phone or email to set up a FREE consultation.
