I also have extensive experience working with the neurodivergent population as well as OCD. I enjoy seeing clients that are ready to initiate change, and aim for brief, goal-focused therapy vs long-term talk therapy. I seek to help clients increase self-advocacy, boundary setting, and self care. I utilize CBT, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness and holistic approaches.
