I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive knowledge and experience. I have had training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am trained in adoption competency. I have had extensive experience helping clients manage stress through mindfulness and meditation. CERTIFIED TELEHEALTH PROVIDER
