Making the decision to come to therapy is the first step to beginning your personal journey. As your therapist, I am passionate about assisting you in addressing your needs and in overcoming the barriers you face. I love integrating different interventions to meet your needs best. I believe in tailoring each session to each person regardless if you are struggling through a new life transition, working through painful experiences, or attempting to regain your life back from symptoms of depression and anxiety.
