I am a person-centered therapist that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Strength Based and Solution-Focused Therapy. I treat individuals dealing with Anxiety and Depression. I specialize in helping clients navigate through life transitions such as: newlywed, new parent, empty nest, job change, retirement, and divorce.
I have experience helping clients cope with grief, chronic illness, and relationship conflict. I am well versed in the 12-Steps and I work well with those impacted by another’s alcoholism or addiction. My role as your counselor is to empower, encourage, and inspire change.
