I have 25 years of experience working in the wellness and mental health community, and I'm always doing my own personal work too. I have a direct approach and will always be straightforward with you. My goal is to support you in resolving issues that have been causing you trouble – whether that is something more temporary, like adjusting to life transitions or something longer term like Complex PTSD. I use a variety of approaches including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Conscious-Living Based Work.
I believe that a positive, trusting connection between us sets the foundation for your healing and meeting the goals you’ve prioritized for therapy.
