Like everyone else, my life did not come without challenges. When I became an adult, I quickly learned that I was not prepared for life and found myself stuck. Eventually I went to therapy and it had a profound affect on me. My perspective changed. And a few years later I returned to school and pursued my passion for working with people at this level. Having this healing experience as a seeker made me more understanding of others. And being heard by someone can be profound.
