I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 14 years of experience treating children, teens, adults, families and couples. I am currently seeing adults 18 years old and older virtually. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, parenting, grief and loss and life transitions.
This work has taught me that when we're struggling, our feelings drive our thoughts, and our thoughts can intensify our feelings which may lead to actions or behaviors that we later regret. Often, people think that they can't control their thoughts, but this may not be true. I am passionate about teaching skills that aid in breaking this vicious cycle.
Everyone needs a safe space to process thoughts and feelings while learning new ways of coping with life's stressors in order to heal and grow. It is my honor to provide empathic listening while challenging patterns that block healing and help clients to overcome obstacles.
