The ideal individual to engage in therapy with me is someone struggling with the effects of trauma and seeking to heal from its lingering wounds. This includes individuals coping with symptoms of PTSD or developmental trauma. PTSD often includes those who experienced or witnessed life-threatening events or sexual trauma. Developmental trauma refers to individuals who lacked a stable, nurturing attachment with their caregivers during their upbringing. In therapy, we collaborate to identify interventions tailored to their unique requirements.
My goal in working with individuals is to assist them in healing and overcoming their wounds while enabling them to become who they were meant to be. I have faith in the capacity of people to transform and heal, and I employ a variety of interventions, such as neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, and DBT, to support this process.

When we begin treatment, an evaluation will be completed to identify which therapy could benefit you the most. Once the form of therapy is identified, we meet one to two times weekly until you note improvement and healing, which could take three to nine months.
