Hi! If you are feeling emotionally bankrupt in one or many relationships, I can help. My experience has been deeply rooted in the precious commodity of felt safety and what happens to people when that flourishes or fades. One of my passions has been in creating a shift in family interaction, where trauma has created old and fresh wounds that show up in today's experiences. I work with attachment needs, grief and loss, betrayal, trauma and bonding. I enjoy engaging in therapy with individuals, couples and families. I love this work! We can do the process together. Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Neuroscience, and you all guide my practice. Additionally, I utilize Family Systems theory and a variety of other experiential dynamics that can elicit purposeful change and find interactions that help heal and earn secure connections.
Together, we can work toward creating a new map, diminishing the risks and fears, and building a new cohesive story of how we got here and where you want to be going.
