Addressing spirit, soul, body--each area affecting the others significantly. We facilitate healing through life's emotional issues that affect spiritual and physical health. I assist the hurting person to let go of painful emotions, distorted thinking patterns and ineffective behaviors. These issues are addressed by therapy modalities such as Critical Incident Debriefing, hypnosis, meditation/centering, EMDR, EFT, beliefs restructuring, life/health coaching, divorce recovery, & Spiritual awakening/ascention.
Preferred methods of therapy are from a spiritual foundation with an integrated framework of CBT, hypnotherapy, energy/frequency therapies, & other healing principles being used. Professional strengths include unconditional regard, treatment plan agreement, & high recovery/help rate with satisfied clients. Most importantly, I care deeply about each person.
Our practice offers more than traditional cognitive-behavioral therapies. Unique is our use of inner or memory healing that goes to the root of the presenting symptoms of depression, anxiety, abuse. Toxic/Negative self-beliefs are reinterpreted in the emotional/core memory area, giving lasting freedom from symptoms.
