ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - My ideal client is someone who is feeling stagnant in their life and longing for more, more meaning, more joy, more balance. I also specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma that currently effects their ability to build healthy relationships, maintain emotional balance, and/or pursue their goals. I enjoy working with people as they move through life transitions, anything from the loss of a loved one to identity milestones. Additionally, I offer a number of spiritual and energy services that support a holistic approach to healing.
I specialize in adults with attachment trauma, meaning someone who experienced abuse, neglect, or some other traumatic incident in relation to their caregivers during their childhood. I also enjoy working with mood regulation issues and existential exploration.
I have a powerful yoga and meditation practice that influence the way I live my life and work with clients. Mindfulness and Spirituality are two areas I explore with most of my clients, working to help support individuals committed to living their best lives.
