I am the founder of Lincoln Park Psychology and I work with people of all ages. I am often sought out for high-risk adolescents, patients with low self-image, those managing emotional instability, and navigating relationship issues (peer or romantic). I work closely with you to identify triggers and patterns, and set realistic and collaborative goals for change. The bulk of my experience was helping youth and families find life success in therapeutic day school settings. As an inclusive psychologist, I welcome clients of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and belief systems.

I use a holistic and strength based approach, taking into consideration not only you as an individual, but also the systems at play in your life. The relationship formed between us is built on trust and transparency, as well as honest reflection of how all parts are at play in your struggle. Empowerment is a key component to change and growth.

I strongly believe that all life issues are relevant, despite how big or small. Often people judge their problems as being "too small" for therapy, or as being "too difficult" to manage.
