I hold over 10 years of experience working with adults who are healing from trauma and completed advanced level training in Somatic Experiencing. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all so I use multiple approaches to fit your individual needs, some of these being: SE (Somatic Experiencing), Solution-Focused, Family Systems, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
Reaching out for therapy is a vulnerable process that can feel pretty scary, however it is also an act of hope. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for curiosity and exploration with those who wish to live an empowered and fulfilling life.
