I am a provisionally licensed clinical social worker who is experienced, empathic, supportive, and committed to the services being provided. I believe everyone deserves to live their life to their fullest potential. For the past 2 ½ years I have provided mental health services to a diverse population. I have provided services to adults, pre-teens, and children. My goal for the clients is to feel comfortable and safe to speak openly about what is happening.
Some of the approaches that I prefers to use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Mindfulness.
