I’m Kathryn Star Gutierrez, Ph.D., clinical psychologist, educator, and artist specializing in the art of healing. I typically treat adults, who often have a physical injury followed by a sequela of chronic pain. Additionally I treat patients who are struggling with women issues, anxiety and depression.

Preschool Parents and Mother's Returning to Work
I am in process of forming 2 group for parents who have a 4 year old child. An online group and another in person at my Northridge office. There will be no more than 12 group participants,. Each group last 90 minutes and ruin for 8 weeks. Couples get a discounted rate. Topics range from child development, Piaget, Thomas and Chess, learning styles, positive reinforcement, making non toxic playdough and other toys for your child, the art of playing and mastering feelings, the joy of hearing stories Brown Bear, Good Night Moon, poems and songs. Target date to being groups is early September.
