Perhaps you are exhausted from the discrepancy between how you feel and how you want to feel. You are at a point of wanting something different.
Together we can explore ways of being in the world in the direction of healing, health, and vitality. Collaboratively, we can identify your personal needs and goals. We will work on ways to lower distress whether it is from trauma, grief and loss, or mental health symptoms. The goal is to move you in the direction of a balanced life.
