By starting where you are, together we will make meaning and create new experiences in order to embrace the NOW and develop a future template for the next phase of your life. I aim to achieve this through a positive attachment, collaborative, strength based and trauma informed perspective.

I am a nonjudgmental and warm therapist with 14+years of experience. I offer short and long-term individualized therapy, with a strong grounding in theory and clinical practice. I employ a psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral approach. I am EMDR certified and trauma trained and can work with you as adjunct to your primary therapist or as a supervisor.
