Taking the leap to find a counselor can be a big step. Life gets in the way of us putting ourselves first but if we do find the time to invest in ourselves, amazing things tend to happen. I aim to be reachable and down to earth. I want to help you in your goal of feeling better and lighter. Life is complicated and challenging and the weight of it all can sometimes be overwhelming. I take a lot of pride in being easy to talk to while also bringing valuable insight to the conversation. Together we can make sense of your world, heal and most importantly provide you with the support you deserve.
I am a dedicated counselor to my clients. My goal will always be for you to leave each session feeling like it was worth coming and that you have gained some valuable insight or tool to help you for that week. I do not take it lightly that you are trusting me to confide in and you will notice the individualized focus and attention I provide.
I offer a non judgmental space for you to be you and get relief from what's been holding you back and keeping you down. I welcome you to reach out and let's talk and see if you feel we're a good fit.
