My name is Dr. Kathryn Osborne and I am a licensed professional counselor with a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology. I believe that my role in therapy is to provide a safe space where you can successfully identify your issues and triggers, and accomplish your goals. I also believe that therapy is very much a team mentality. I concentrate on building a solid therapeutic relationship, as I believe it to be the catalyst for healthy change.
I have experience in treating a diverse population with a wide range of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional issues such as stress, depression, loss, and PTSD. My aim is to provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment to address your emotional needs, and to provide you with the support that is necessary for positive change.
I mainly provide solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), however my approach is tailored to each individual so that together we may create and identify the best treatment plan to fit your needs.
