We don’t get a roadmap for life; however I have found the tools of dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to offer us help and guidance. My sessions include time to explore your world and what brings you to therapy in a holistic way, and offer you skills to achieve your full potential.
At its center, therapy offers a duality of self-compassion and a desire for change. Being human is humbling and beautiful. There are no clear answers.
