My approach to therapy utilizes a family systems and experiential approach. I believe in using expressive tools and activities to evoke change and to live up to your full potential. Instead of just talk therapy you will have the opportunity to participate in the Table of Connection. I also utilize EMDR Therapy.
I believe that people will make changes in their lives when they are ready. At times, one may be struggling with an issue that does not sit well with them and they want something different or want to make a change or enlighten their life.
